[DID NOT ATTEND: July 25, 2026] Seratones

There have now been at four events at ArtYard in Frenchtown that I have wanted to go to, but for one reason or another, I did not make it.

I saw Seratones play at Johnny Brenda’s six years ago and they were fantastic.  Such energy, such excitement!  I couldn’t believe they were playing in Frenchtown and I wanted to get a ticket to encourage other bands to play here.

They are now apparently a trip instead of a five piece and when I listened to some of their newer songs, they weren’t quite the same.  It’s a bit more R&B and a bit less punky.  I’m sure they were still great live–AJ Haynes is really a an amazing front woman, but we were heading out on vacation in a few nights and we had a lot going on to sacrifice a Saturday night.  Even if it was in Frenchtown.
